Espresso brewing is a true testimony to the phrase “practice makes perfect”. Experimenting with the grind size, weights, and brew time is part of the fun for sure. And once you get the hang of it, every sip of coffee can feel very rewarding. The following is our basic recommendation; feel free to experiment with it and modify it!
Grind 7-10g coffee beans per 20-30ml of hot water (88-92°C).
Wait 20-30 seconds for the extractions to complete. Serve immediately.
