You will be required to furnish us with your mobile number to complete the redemption.

You can earn 30,000 instant reward points upon your first registration as a MyTanamera member.
The Welcome Points can be used towards your first food and beverage transaction with no minimum purchase.

If you register outside the Tanamera Coffee outlet, you can still claim the Welcome Points by coming to the outlet and a showing proof of registration or by contacting the Tanamera Coffee Team by phone or online.

How to get birthday bonus points?

Get 150,000 instant Birthday Bonus Points on your birthday!
They can be used only during your birth month and are valid for a single transaction.

The Birthday Bonus Points offer is  applicable for registered MyTanamera members and on a minimum spend of Rp 500,000.

If your date of birth is not recorded on our system, kindly show your ID card for authentication.

Birthday Bonus Points redemption receipt is to be signed upon usage.
Birthday Bonus Points is valid only in selected Tanamera Coffee outlets.

All MyTanamera points earned will expire 1 year from the date the points were earned. No extension of the expiry date is permittable.

When you forget to identify yourself as MyTanamera member before your transactions is closed, your points will not be recorded.

However, rest assured, the team will still be able to assist you in recording your points after the transaction.

Do furnish our counter team with your receipt on the same day for MyTanamera points to be updated in the system.

We regret to inform you that we will not be able to perform any points update for receipts that had passed the date of the transaction.

If our system is disrupted or went offline, your points will automatically recorded when the system is back online.
