Points are collected only through purchase of foods and beverages in a la carte menu at Tanamera Coffee outlets. Also valid for take away / home delivery.

Points can not be collected from any purchases of Coffee Beans, Drip, Capsule and non Tanamera Coffee produce / products, which item may vary between outlets.

Points can not be collected from any transaction with voucher / promotions / discounts.

Do inform our counter team prior to ordering of your intention to redeem MyTanamera points.

You will be required to furnish us with your mobile number to complete the redemption.

All MyTanamera points earned will expire 1 year from the date the points were earned. No extension of the expiry date is permittable.

When you forget to identify yourself as MyTanamera member before your transactions is closed, your points will not be recorded.

However, rest assured, the team will still be able to assist you in recording your points after the transaction.

Do furnish our counter team with your receipt on the same day for MyTanamera points to be updated in the system.

We regret to inform you that we will not be able to perform any points update for receipts that had passed the date of the transaction.

If our system is disrupted or went offline, your points will automatically recorded when the system is back online.
