How to register MyTanamera?

You can register MyTanamera in our order station, our service team will record your name and mobile number to our system.  Additional information of your birth date and email will bring more advantage, but not mandatory.

Please visit your nearest participated Tanamera Coffee outlet as listed below.

 

How to earn MyTanamera Points?

Before ordering, please identify yourself to our service team by mentioning your registered mobile number.

 

Earn 1 point for every purchase in multiplier of Rp10,000 before tax.

Points are collected only through purchase of foods and beverages in a la carte menu at Tanamera Coffee outlets.

Points can not be collected from any purchases of Coffee Beans, Drip, Capsule and non Tanamera Coffee produce / products, which items may vary between outlets.

Points can not be collected from any transaction with vouchers / promotions / discounts.

 

How to check your current MyTanamera Points?

Your current MyTanamera Points are printed on the receipt of your transaction or you can ask our service team in participated outlet.

 

How to redeem MyTanamera Points?

Kindly check your current MyTanamera Points and ensure that the points are sufficient. Please notify our service team which items you would like to redeemed.

 

What can I redeem with MyTanamera Points?

Please ask our service team for the latest menu items.

Menu items may vary between participated outlets.

 

Where are MyTanamera participated outlets?

MyTanamera loyalty program is valid only in selected Tanamera Coffee outlets.

How to get Welcome Bonus Points?

You will earn 40 Welcome Bonus Points on the 1st transaction. Points can be used on the next  day transaction.

Welcome Bonus Points is valid only in selected Tanamera Coffee outlets.

 

How to get Birthday Bonus Points?

You can get instant reward valued at 120 Bonus Points, can be used only on your birth month. Valid for a single transaction.

Birthday Bonus Points is applicable for registered MyTanamera member with minimum 5 times visit since the registration date.

If your birth date is not recorded in our system, kindly show your ID card for authentication.

 

Birthday Bonus Points redemption receipt is to be signed upon usage.

Birthday Bonus Points is valid only in selected Tanamera Coffee outlets.

 

Can I exchange or transfer MyTanamera Points?

MyTanamera Points cannot be cashed.

MyTanamera Points cannot be transferred to another account.

 

What if I miss to record MyTanamera Points?

When you forget to identify yourself as MyTanamera member before your transaction is closed, your points will not be recorded. However, don’t be worry, please notify our service team and we will update your points.

 

Transaction receipt is required to update MyTanamera points.

 

Updating MyTanamera Points can be done when request is received in the same transaction date and outlet, otherwise it is forfeited.

 

 

What happened if the outlet system went offline?

If our system is disrupted or went offline, your points will automatically recorded when the system is back online.
