Tubruk
Sometimes referred to as “mud coffee, tubruk is the simplest, quickest pour-over method with no equipment required. A cup and a kettle, and you’re ready to go!


Step 01
Add 10g of finely ground coffee to a cup or, preferably, a glass.

Step 02
Pour 200ml of hot water over the ground.

Step 03
Stir and let steep for 3 minutes and it’s ready to sip.
